The McGavock-Gaines House is a property in Franklin, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It was remodelled in Classical Revival style in c.1920.[2]

The property is or was also known as Riverside and denoted as Williamson County resource WM-371.[1]

It was built or has other significance in c.1840, c.1907, and c.1920.[1]

When listed the property included two contributing buildings, one contributing structure, and one non-contributing building, on an area of 3.2 acres (1.3 ha).[1]


It is one of few notable residences built in Williamson County during 1900-1935; the Henry H. Mayberry House and the Maney-Sidway House are others.[2]
