Divided Loyalties is a BBC Books original novel written by Gary Russell and based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. It features the Fifth Doctor, Tegan Jovanka, Nyssa, Adric and the Celestial Toymaker, while also featuring a flashback to the First Doctor's first encounter with the Toymaker while still at the Academy, when he was friends with many of his future enemies such as Koschei, Magnus, Mortimus and Ushas.

The book is divided into four rounds, each round is named after the title of an Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark song, as well as all the chapters within each round.

As with all Doctor Who spin-off media, its relationship to the televised serials is open to interpretation.
