MediaWeek is a trade magazine serving the Australian newspaper, television, radio, magazine and advertising industries. MediaWeek is published as a weekday email digest (MediaWeek Morning Report) and weekly hard copy magazine. The magazine was founded in 1990, and was later expanded to cover Entertainment Media industries.
Regular content includes Media Buzz, a wrap of industry news; Media People; Entertainment Buzz; Neilsen radio survey results; and television ratings information from Australia (provided by OzTam) and regularly updated newspaper and magazine circulation and readership data. A regular feature of the magazine is the long-running "Person of the Week" feature.
The current editor and publisher is James Manning. Assistant editor is Marc Andrews.
