Moulay Yacoubi is a Moroccan-born hair stylist currently living and working in New York City. Many of his clients are celebrities.

Moulay learned from established professionals in the hair styling business. He started his career in Paris, working the fashion shows with important editorial stylists. He studied under Vidal Sassoon, perfecting his distinctive ^[1] modern-classic technique. Coming to the United States in 1994, he continued, learning the dry-cutting technique from stylist John Sahag, and razor cutting under British stylist Michael Gordon, founder of Bumble & Bumble.

Moulay’s work has been published on the covers of numerous magazines in both Paris and the United States including Harper's Bazaar, Glamour, and Allure.  He has styled many celebrities, such as Uma Thurman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Giselle Bundchen, Gina Gershon, Sigourney Weaver, Paris Hilton, Jennifer Aniston, Helena Christensen, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Brooklyn Decker.  He has also been a featured stylist on CBS, Fox, and E! Entertainment Channel, and guest-starred as a judge during the 2010 Season of Shear Genius on Bravo TV.

Moulay's philanthropic associations include The Princess Grace Foundation, Perkins School for the Blind, The Food Allergy Institute, Young Women’s Leadership Schools, and Cancer 101.

Moulay is also an actor, having studied with ^[2] James Price at The Acting Studio in New York City, and a jewelry designer, having studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology. You can find Moulay at http://imdb.com.
