Mignon L. Clyburn (born March 22, 1962) was nominated as a member of the Federal Communications Commission on June 25, 2009, and sworn in August 3, 2009. Her term runs until June 30, 2012. In 2009 she was designated a Women's History Month Honoree by the National Women's History Project[1].

Earlier, she served for 11 years as the representative of South Carolina's 6th congressional district on the South Carolina Public Service Commission (PSC). She was sworn in for her first term in July 1998, and was subsequently reelected in 2002 and 2006. She served as chair of the PSC from July 2002 through June 2004.

She is the daughter of United States Representative Jim Clyburn.
