Catullo III, is an award-winning, 20-year entertainment industry veteran. Dan Catullo is Co-Founder /CEO of DC3 Music Group, LLC, a Production and Distribution Company, specializing in 3D Films, Music Videos and Live Concert DVDs, where he also serves as executive producer, producer and director for more than 75 TV specials and live concert DVDs. DC3 has produced projects for a range of Artists including: Rage Against The Machine. Creed, Alter Bridge, Godsmack, Chickenfoot and many others.
Dan Catullo is a concert promoter as well, having promoted more than 300 shows in his career. Notable Festivals/ Shows where Mr. Catullo served as promoter are: "Rockin' The Corps" with Kiss, Destiny's Child, Godsmack, Ted Nugent and many others, held in 2005 at Camp Pendelton in San Diego, "Rock N' The Rally" with Nickelback, Tom Petty, Sammy Hagar, Godsmack, Black Crowes and over 40 other bands in Sturgis, SD in 2006 and 2007 and the "Rock N' Rev Festival" in Sturgis, SD in 2010 with such notable headliners as Guns N Roses, Godsmack, Stone Temple Pilots, Creed, 3 Doors Down, Daughtry and many others.Daniel was the President and Founder of Cement Shoes Records, a record label featuring such bands as Ill Nino and Revolution Mother. It was launched in 2006 with Peter Koepke, the former president and partner of London Records and Jimmy Rollins of the Philadelphia Phillies. The label closed its doors in 2008. CSR was distributed by Universal/ Fontana.
Dan Catullo was a partner in Serenity Recording, a recording studio complex in Hollywood, Calif., that he co-founded in 2004 with Sully Erna, the lead singer of hard rock band Godsmack. Some Spiral artists include Justin Timberlake, The Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Godsmack, Terrence Howard, Macy Gray, John Legend, Mel B, Britney Spears and others.
In 2000, Dan Catullo founded Coming Home Studios, the Music DVD Production Company and multi-media company specializing in exclusive live concerts and behind-the-scenes content. He remained with the Company until early 2008 when he resigned to form DC3. Notable projects include: "Rush In Rio", "Godsmack- Changes", "Matchbox Twenty- SHOW A Night In The Life Of", "Steve Miller Band- Live From Chicago" and "Etta James - Burnin Down The House". While with Coming Home, he won or was nominated for a slew of awards including Grammy, Telly, Golden Eagle Cine, TEC, Billboard Music and Demmy Awards. In a 8 year period of time, Coming Home had an astonishing 44 #1 releases in Billboard.
Daniel is an active voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), Los Angeles Chapter, and a member of both NATPE and DGA.
Worlds Record: The most cameras to record a concert – 239 working cameras, including 220 on the stage, and a fly camera that traveled 55 mph to and from the stage. Just to film the show cost more than $1.5 million. An adjudicator with the Guinness Book of World Records was on hand. The previous world record was 47 set by Justin Timberlake.

“Tsunami Benefit- Peapod Jam”- (2005 –Live Music Special) (Director/Producer) Benefit concert held at the Avalon Hollywood included The Black Eyed Peas, Justin Timberlake, James Brown & Carlos Santana. 100% of sales and proceeds went directly to the US Fund for UNICEF.[1]
“Rockin’ the Corps” – (2005 –Live Variety Special) (Director/Producer) Comedy and music concert at Del Mar Beach, Camp Pendleton for 50,000 Marines returning home from Iraq.[2] Acts included Kiss, Godsmack, Ted Nugent, Destiny's Child, Cedric the Entertainer, Jay Mohr and Louie Anderson.[3]

Catullo is very active in working with charities including The Wheelchair Foundation, The Thalians and various Children's charities. He is the Entertainment Chairperson for the Wheelchair Foundation. In 2010 after being saddened by the earthquake in Haiti, Catullo organized a relief mission to Haiti and in 7 short days raised over $1 million in medical supplies and wheelchairs and a donated jet.
