Designit is a international strategic design consultancy founded in 1991, in Aarhus, Denmark.

The company helps businesses across all sectors via design driven strategic services. Through collaborative co-creation businesses^[1] re-imagine strategies, customer relations and offerings in order to create future business value. The company's motto is 'Business as Unusual’^[2].

The company delivers 360° user-driven solutions and experiences in the junction between product, service and digital experiences, and emphasises the collaboration between offices so as to create global solutions, suited to a global marketplace^[3].

Designit is made up of over 200 employees worldwide (2011), spread over eight studios; Aarhus, Barcelona, Copenhagen , Gothenburg, London, Madrid, Munich, Oslo, and Shanghai.

In 2011 Designit merged with Spanish dnx, specialising in service design and innovation in order to better serve the vast Spanish speaking market, and became Europe’s largest strategic design consultancy^[4].

Today, Designit offers integrated services in innovation, design research, service design, product design, interactive design, interaction design, instructional design, and branding and communication.

The approach is team-based, focusing on collective creativity, trans-disciplinary teamwork and client co-creation; an approach typified through their Triple I process that allows synchronised collaboration across disciplines^[5]:

• Ideation – insight based idea generation driven by intelligence (strategic) and intuition (creative)
