David 'Dai' Flanagan (born 24 October 1985 in Cefn Hengoed, Wales) is a rugby union player for Pontypridd RFC and Cardiff Blues in the Magners League. Flanagan's position of choice is as a Fly-half.

Flanagan signed a 3 year contract to join the Ospreys for the 2010/2011 season.[1]
