Seven of ships of the French Navy have borne the name of "Suffren", after the 18th Century admiral Pierre André de Suffren:

* A 74-gun ship of the line (1791–1794), renamed "Redoutable" in 1794 (and later fought at the Battle of Trafalgar)
* The 74-gun ship of the line "Suffren" (1801–1815)
* The 90-gun ship of the line "Suffren" (1824–1865)
* An armoured frigate (1866–1897)
* The battleship "Suffren" (1899–1916)
* The cruiser "Suffren" (1926–1963)
* The missile frigate "Suffren" (D602, 1968–)
* A submarine of the "Barracuda" type (2017–)
