Kozlovka ( _ru. Козло́вка; _cv. Куславкка) is a town and the administrative center of Kozlovsky District of the Chuvash Republic, Russia, located on the right bank of the Volga River, near the republic's borders with the Mari El Republic and the Republic of Tatarstan. Population: 12,400 (2005 est.); ru-census|p2002=13,054|p1989=12,708
The first settlement on the place of modern town was founded in 1671. Kozlovka was granted urban-type settlement status in 1938 and town status on November 20, 1967.
