Norman 'Norm' Bussell (born 6 January 1945) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn in the VFL.

Bussell was a centre half back and was recruited to Hawthorn from Wangaratta. A member of Hawthorn's premiership team in 1971, he missed just two games for the year.
