McMillan LLP (formerly "McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP") is a Canadian law firm headquartered in Toronto, with offices in Montreal. The firm specializes in business and natural resource law. It has approximately 190 lawyers.

The firm was created in a merger of McMillan Binch LLP of Toronto, which was founded in 1903 by Newton Rowell, and Mendelsohn GP of Montreal. They position themselves as a Central Canadian firm, and were ranked [http://www.canadianlawyermag.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=32&Itemid=18 first in that category in 2006] by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. The firm shortened its name to McMillan LLP in 2008.

The brand [http://www.mcmillan.ca/ACLF.html "America's Canadian Law Firm"] is used in marketing in the United States. McMillan Binch's business south of the border began in the 1940s when Bill Binch travelled the Midwest soliciting mid-sized companies expanding into Canadian markets.

The firm has links to the Liberal Party of Canada. In 1976, John Turner joined McMillan Binch after serving as Pierre Trudeau's finance minister; he left the firm to run in and win the 1984 Liberal leadership race. Tim Murphy joined in 2006 after serving as Paul Martin's Chief of Staff.
