McMillan LLP (formerly "McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP") is a Canadian law firm headquartered in Toronto, with offices in Montreal. The firm specializes in business and natural resource law. It has approximately 190 lawyers.

The firm was created in a merger of McMillan Binch LLP of Toronto, which was founded in 1903 by Newton Rowell, and Mendelsohn GP of Montreal.
