- Z curve
The Z curve (or Z-curve) method is a
bioinformatics algorithm forgenome analysis. The Z-curve is a three-dimensionalcurve that constitutes a unique representation of aDNA sequence, i.e., for the Z-curve and the givenDNA sequence each can be uniquely reconstructed from the other. [cite journal
