Club

He debuted for the Escuela de Fútbol Florida Chile where he played until 1999. He wasn't in a good situation there and wasn't able to get together with the youths at any club. He tried his luck many times with Univercidad De Chile where the coach Mariano Puyol didn't notice the upcoming talent he had. There were more fleeting attpmts with first divions teams until, when in 2006, he ended up with the youth Rangers where he was until 2007. He played 19 matches and scored 17 goals from 2007 until he was inactive. He went to the Spanish club and became a backup for the 2008-2009 season.

Personal life

Cesar was nicknamed Pjistel Roy by his friend Makialele when they were playing in the streets and starting in the futbol world. His career has been advancing slowly until he got to where he is today. His hobby is tennis where he is also very talented. Currently he is single, but not dead.
