Charles H. Getzein (February 14, 1864 - June 19, 1932) was a German starting pitcher in Major League Baseball. who played with the Detroit Wolverines (1884-1888), Indianapolis Hoosiers (1889), Boston Beaneaters (1890-1891 ["start"] ), Cleveland Spiders (1891 ["end"] ) and St. Louis Browns (1892), all of the National League. He batted and threw right handed.

In a nine-season career, Getzein posted a 145-139 record with 1070 strikeouts and a 3.46 ERA in 2539-2/3 innings pitched.

Getzein died in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 68.
