nihongo|Ukiha|うきは市|Ukiha-shi is a city located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.

The city was founded on March 20, 2005 as a result of the merger between the towns of nihongo|Ukiha|浮羽町|Ukiha-machi and Yoshii from Ukiha District.

As of 2003, the former "town" had an estimated population of 16,359 and a density of 183.27 persons per km². The total area was 89.26 km².

As of April 1, 2005, the new "city" has an estimated population of 33,177 and a density of 139 persons per km². The total area is 117.55 km².
