Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission

Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission (MSFC) is the owner and operator of the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis. The MSFC was established in 1977, by the Minnesota Legislature. The MSFC consists of seven members. Six are appointed by the Minneapolis City Council, and the chair is appointed by the Governor of Minnesota and can't live in Minneapolis.
