Měcholupy (German Michelob) is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 29.12 square kilometres (11.24 sq mi), and has a population of 1,057 (as of 28 August 2006).

Měcholupy lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-west of Louny, 57 km (35 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 66 km (41 mi) west of Prague.
