Development Dimensions International

Development Dimensions International (DDI) is a talent management consulting company. Founded in 1970, the company is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has 41 offices in 26 countries. William C. Byham, Ph.D. is DDI’s Chairman and CEO.

Organizations work with DDI to implement talent management systems including behavioral interviewing, testing and assessment for hiring and promotion, leadership development, performance management, competency management and succession management.

DDI introduced the first leadership development program based on behavior modeling and the first stand-alone behavioral interviewing system with EEO compliance.
