"Trading Places" is a song recorded by American R&B singer Usher. It was written by Usher Raymond, Carlos McKinney, and Terius Nash and produced by L.O.S. Da Maestro, with vocals produced by Kuk Harrell and with a guitar solo by Chris 'TEK' O'Ryan. It is the third single from Usher's fifth studio album, "Here I Stand".

Background

The song is about intimate role reversal, where Usher wants his woman to take control sexually.
