Hanks was born on February 6, 1988, to Brad & Angie Hanks. She has one older sister, Brooke, and one younger sister, Bradley. Her father is a pastor and youth minister in addition to being a highway patrolman, while her mother is a nurse. Hanks has two best friends, Lauren and Becca. They went to grade school together. Hanks attended Westside High School in Anderson before transferring to and graduating from Pendleton High School in 2006. Growing up in the local theater, her notable appearances were as Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz", and Gertrude McFuzz in "
Seussical ", among others. Bailey was also crowned Miss Liberty Teen 2005. Playing a sorority girl on the stage should come naturally to her, as she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta in real life.After "Legally Blonde" closes Hanks will play Sharpay in a production of
