Earl Roy Gros (born August 29, 1940 in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana) was an American football running back who played college football at LSU and played in the NFL from 1962 to 1970.

After finishing at LSU, Gros was drafted in the 1st round of the 1962 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers and in the 2nd round of the 1962 American Football League Draft by the Houston Oilers. Gros decided to go to the NFL, where he played three seasons with the Green Bay Packers (1962-1964), two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles (1964-1965), and three seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers (1967-1969). In 1970, Gros played one game with the New Orleans Saints.

Gros finished his career with 821 rushes for 3,157 yards (an average of 3.8 yards per rush) and 28 touchdowns. He also had 142 receptions for 1,255 yards (an average of 8.8 yards per reception) and 10 touchdowns.
