Sergei Igorevich Ostapchuk (Belarusian: Сяргей Астапчук (Siarhej Astapchuk); b. March 3, 1990 - d. September 7, 2011) was an ice hockey player. He was playing with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the KHL.

Ostapchuk died on September 7, 2011 in 2011 Yak-Service Yakovlev Yak-42 crash. The plane was carrying the Lokomotiv hockey team from Yaroslavl to Minsk, the capital of Belarus, where it was to play against Dynamo Minsk in the 2011 season opening game of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
