Kate Doust

Kate Doust

Catherine Esther (Kate) Doust (born 27 May 1962) is an Australian politician. She has been a Labor member of the Western Australian Legislative Council since 2001, representing the region of South Metropolitan.

Doust was born in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.

Doust is presently the parliamentary secretary to the Deputy Premier, Treasurer and Minister for State Development.
