Internal rotation

Internal rotation

In anatomy, internal rotation (also known as medial rotation) is rotation towards the center of the body.

The muscles of internal rotation include:

  • of leg at knee[3]
    • Popliteus
    • Semimembranosus
    • Semitendinosus
