"Luau" is a song written by Bruce Morgan. The song was recorded by American pop band The Beach Boys during their early years as a recording group. The song was never released on any of the band's albums, although it was released as the B-side of the band's first ever single "Surfin'". The song was lost in the archives for many years until it was found and released on the band's 1991 compilation album "Lost & Found (1961-62)".

Musicians

* Al Jardine - vocals
* Mike Love - vocals
* Brian Wilson - vocals, drum
* Carl Wilson - guitar, vocals
* Dennis Wilson - possibly vocals

Brian's 'drum' was the bottom of a garbage can with his shirt stretched across it. Dennis left the session early after an argument with his father, Murry Wilson, who was overseeing the session.
