Michael Harris is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2011 election.[1] He represents the electoral district of Kitchener—Conestoga as a member of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party caucus. He was also the party's candidate in the same district in the 2007 election, but lost to Leeanna Pendergast, whom he defeated in 2011.

Harris has said he has set out a few priorities some of his first commitments includes, pressuring the government to increase the number of promised go trains Kitchener and funding for highway 7 to Guelph, bringing tax relief and having a strong focus on mental health issues.[2]

He should not be confused with former Ontario premier Mike Harris.
