Paul Perri (born November 6, 1953) is an American-born film and television actor. Perri is best known for portraying as Edwards and Skinned Parker in the Action/Horror film "" (1996), Harry Hume from "Chaos" (2005) film, Young Ray from "The Funeral" (1996) film, Police Captain from "October 22 (film)" (1998) film, and as Dr. Sidney Bloom from "Manhunter" (1986) film.

Background

Paul Perri is the older brother of Canadian actress Christine Harnos. He was born in New Haven, Connecticut, U.S.A. in 1953. He has a Duo Citizenship and a Canadian Citizenship which he is able to live in both Canada or America, which makes Paul a Canadian-American actor.
