Carpocyon is an extinct genus of Borophaginae. It contains four species: "C. compressus", "C. limosus", "C. robustus", and "C. webbi", and was named by Webb in 1969. Carpocyon is an example of an omnivorous "Borophaginae". It was between the size of a jackal and a small wolf.
