"Phoenix" is the fourth studio album by American pop punk band Zebrahead, already released in Japan on July 9 2008, Europe and the USA on August 4 and 5, with it due to be released in Canada, South America, and Australia within days. It was issued through Sony Music Entertainment, and is the successor to 2006's "Broadcast to the World". "Mental Health" is the first single from the album, the music video was released in June, before the album was released in Japan. The album leaked to file sharing sites on June 25, though some of the songs in the leaked version are in an incorrect order. Shawn Harris of The Matches reprised his role from their previous album, "Broadcast to the World", and created the artwork for the album.
