The Tully River is a river situated in northern Queensland. The catchment drains the wettest in the country and was previously known as the Mackay River.

The Pacific Highway crosses the river south of Tully.

The Kareeya Hydro Power Station was built on the Tully River. In 1961 the Koombooloomba Dam was constructed on the Tully River.
