St. Thomas Residential School is a coeducational English Medium School affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations. It prepares students for the ICSE and ISC examinations.

The school was established by the Mar Thoma Church Educational Society (MTCES) in June 1966. It is located on a 30 acre campus, at Mukkolakkal, a village near Thiruvananthapuram city. Other institutions located on the same campus inclde St. Thomas High School, St. Thomas Teachers Training College, St. Thomas Central School and St. Thomas Pre-primary school.

As of 2008, the principal of St. Thomas Residential School is Achamma Zacharaiah.
