CJMJ-FM is an adult contemporary radio station at 100.3 FM in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The station uses the brand name Majic 100, and promotes itself as "Today's Soft Rock". It is also one of three adult contemporary outlets (other than CHQM-FM Vancouver and CFJR-FM Brockville) owned by Bell Media Radio. Even though still using the "Soft" in its slogan (like all Bell Media-owned ACs), the station has begun to lean in a more adult top 40 sound, like its sister AC outlets that lean at a much younger audience. Ottawa and Brockville, Ontario's CFJR-FM are the only market with a Bell Media AC station having other rival AC stations (the only AC station from the company such as Vancouver's CHQM-FM would be the only AC station there).

The station was launched by Rawlco Communications in 1991, playing the station's very first song, "Do You Believe in Magic" by The Lovin' Spoonful. It was acquired by CHUM Limited in 1999, by CTVglobemedia in 2007 and Bell Media in 2011.

The station was mostly known for being the #1 FM station in Ottawa in most cases, like its Brockville and Vancouver outlets with the same AC format that leads the ratings in those areas. In some cases, Majic has been beaten by Newcap Radio's contemporary hit radio outlet CIHT-FM.

As of 2010, due to increased competition from adult contemporary station CJWL-FM (which leans heavy towards softer content), the station removed its longtime oldies show aired on Sunday mornings and added more hot adult contemporary songs to the playlist; however, they are still an adult contemporary station due to Rogers Media's CISS-FM serving as the hot AC station for Ottawa. In fact, 1960s songs have been largely dropped from the station, while still playing 1970s songs such as Moondance by Van Morrison. Mediabase & Nielsen BDS still report the station on the Canadian AC panel.
