Outline

Alejandro is a UN Ambassador for a Union member nation. He is secretly an observer for Celestial Being, but implies that he has limited access to Celestial Being's deeper secrets. Alejandro is revealed to be the driving force behind Team Trinity. It was he who pushed for their recognition by Celestial Being and assigned them missions through his puppet, Laguna Harvey. It is revealed that Alejandro's family, longtime supporters of Celestial Being on the surface, have been working in the shadows to usurp Aeolia's vision. Alejandro's ultimate goal appears to be world domination and control of Celestial Being, and it is implied that Veda was his main obstacle. To this end, he and Ribbons Almark made their way to Veda's main core. After accessing all levels of Veda, Ribbons reveals the preserved body of Aeolia Schenberg. To take control of Schenberg's new world, Alejandro pulls out a golden Walther P5 to shoot the sleeping body of Aeolia. This sets off a system trap which triggers the Trans-Am system of the completed GN Drives.

Enraged by Schenberg's treachery, Alejandro decides to wipe out Celestial Being with one swift stroke. Piloting the mobile armor Alvatore, he leads UN forces in a massive attack on the Ptolemaios. He succeeds in destroying the ship and the GN Armor piloted by Lasse. However, he is ultimately killed by Setsuna after engaging him in an intense duel. Before dying, Ribbons reveals to Alejandro that he has played his part wonderfully. Ribbons reveals that it will be he who will lead the new world. After receiving this message, his Mobile Suit, Alvaaron explodes, killing him in the process.
