General Jim O’Carter, to assist with the town’s administrative matters. Pollarman's greatest contribution to the public was in the establishing of four town conferences. In order to restore good order and discipline Albert "The Meer Cat" Pollarman hired Juan Chavez-Jimenez to lead conference one, Kevin O'Dougherty to lead conference two, Ben "Old Boy" McShea to govern conference three, and Samuel L. Stevenson to lead conference four. McShea, christened as Benjamin David McShea, lead conference three with a strong passion as he felt a deep and personal attachment to all members within that community. The most memorable point in McShea's career was during his Late Summer Speech at Edson Hall on the 22nd of August, in which he gave a thorough discourse on the etiquette of communicating over long distances through means of shouting. McShea was a free rights activist who is remembered by his tall-handsome stature and infamous womanizing activities.
