Hybla Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. The population was 16,721 at the 2000 census.

Located midway between Alexandria and Fort Belvoir along Richmond Highway (U.S. 1), Hybla Valley in the early 20th century was an area of mainly dairy farms, with a busy airport and a planned (but never built) zeppelin port. Today it functions as the major retailing center of southeastern Fairfax County's Route 1 corridor. Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is also located here. The area is characterized by a larger-than-average (for the county) amount of low-to-moderate-income housing, including several large mobile home parks and garden apartment complexes. Gum Springs, a historic African-American community founded by a freed slave, forms a large part of Hybla Valley. Eastward, the CDP extends to more affluent neighborhoods, including Hollin Hills. The CDP is served by the Alexandria Post Office (ZIP codes 22306 and 22307).
