Charlotte Plaza is a 338 feet (103 m) tall skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was built in 1982 and has 27 floors. It is the 13th tallest building in the city. Bentley's, a popular restaurant with skyline views, is located on the top floor. The Class A office building was sold for $175.5 million to Hines in 2007. It was closed from September 16th to September 24th in 2007 after an abandoned and hidden condenser water line ruptured and the water shorted out parts of the electrical system.
