Leonidas Donskis

Leonidas Donskis (b. August 13, 1962 in Klaipėda, Lithuania USR) is a Lithuanian philosopher, essayist, cultural critic and activist.

He currently serves as Professor of Political Science and Philosophy, and Director of the Political Science and Diplomacy School at Vytautas Magnus University, docent of Helsinki University [ [http://www.vdu.lt/staff/PMDI/Donskis_en.htm School of Political Science and Diplomacy] ] and the host of the TV discussions show "Be pykčio" [ [http://www.lrt.lt/tv/shows.php?id=430514&no=0&cid=1158&grid=430514 Be pykčio] (no anger)] . And therefore he is known as one of public person who is influencing culture of thought in Lithuania.
