East Garston is a village and civil parish in the English county of Berkshire. It is situated in the West Berkshire district, on the River Lambourn, between Eastbury and Great Shefford.

East Garston Cricket Club plays about 20 matches per year, some on Thursday evenings, others on Sunday afternoons. East Garston Bellringers was formed in 1998. The village also has a Village Hall and Social Club.
