Hugh Charles O'Conor (born April 19, 1975 in Dublin, Ireland) is a film and television actor. His father is the Irish pianist John O'Conor. His mother's maiden name is Murphy. Sometimes confused with the American actor of a similar name.

Hugh starred in the movie "My Left Foot" (1989), playing a young Christy Brown. He played Owen Kane opposite Liam Neeson in the movie "Lamb" (1986). He has since appeared in such films as "Da" (1988), "The Three Musketeers" (1993), "The Young Poisoner's Handbook" (1995), "Chocolat" (2000), and the television series "Northanger Abbey" (2007)
