Burnt Project 1

Burnt Project 1 is a Canadian First Nations band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. A ten-member musical collective, the band incorporates elements of rock music, blues, jazz, funk and traditional First Nations music into its style. Established in 2001, David Boulanger delivers pure energy infused music of the soul to the stage with his sound and performance.

The band's second album, "Hometown", won the Juno Award for Aboriginal Recording of the Year in 2006.
