Adi Tekelezan District is a district in the Anseba region of northern-central Eritrea. The capital lies at Adi Tekelezan.

The area is prone to drought and starvation and even an excellent harvest would cover only 3 – 5 months food supply due to the extremely small size of farmers’ fields. Farmland only covers roughly 0.5 ha in the district.
