Bolje pakt nego rat

Bolje pakt nego rat (English translation: "A pact is better than war") is a project of Transparency International Croatia and IDEMO for promotion of Croatian membership in NATO.

This project which is created on 26 February 2007 will in next 9 months promote discussions about NATO. In the words of IDEMO president Andrea Feldman and Transparency International Croatia president Zorislav Antun Petrović, many people in Croatia believe that NATO has attacked Afghanistan or Iraq and that members of this alliance must have NATO military bases.

About decision if Croatia will vote on referendum for or against entry to NATO Andrea Feldman has declared that she is personally against this idea.

Until now, the only financial aid for Bolje pakt nego rat comes from the United States embassy in Zagreb.
