"The First Lady" is the fourth studio album by American singer Faith Evans. Released by Capitol Records following her departure from Bad Boy Records on April 5, 2005 in the North America and on May 13, 2005 (see 2005 in music) elsewhere, it features production by Bryan Michael Cox, Jermaine Dupri, The Neptunes, and Mario Winans among others.

The album opened at number 4 on the United World Chart and at number 2 on the U.S. "Billboard" 200, becoming Evans' highest-debuting album to date. It was eventually certified gold by the RIAA with 697,000 copies sold to date.
