Robert Scott Vick (born March 20, 1973) is an American professional wrestler, best known for his appearances with World Championship Wrestling as Sick Boy, a member of Raven's Flock.

Early life

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1973, Vick grew up in Columbia, South Carolina. In 1989 he moved to Hilton Head, South Carolina. In 1991 while in high school, Scott's first contact with professional wrestling first took place. Scott was approached by a talent scout with World Championship Wrestling (WCW). In 1992, Scott was an All-American in football and was named to the National Prep Magazine's Top 100 High School football players in the nation.

After high school in 1993, Scott attended the University of Cincinnati on a football scholarship. Scott later transferred to the University of South Carolina where his football career was cut short by a serious knee injury.

Career

World Championship Wrestling

Vick was trained at the WCW Power Plant and made his WCW debut on "WCW Monday Nitro" in March 1997 as Lance Ringo in a losing effort against Diamond Dallas Page. He later appeared in October 1997 as part of Raven's Flock under the name of Sick Boy. Vick's first match as Sick Boy was on "WCW Monday Nitro" against Chris Benoit and was the third match of his career. As a member of The Flock, Vick participated in the group's feuds with wrestlers like Diamond Dallas Page and Goldberg throughout 1998. He left The Flock when Perry Saturn defeated Raven and won the freedom of the members of The Flock at Fall Brawl '98. After the Flock split-up, Vick and WCW could not come to terms on the development of a new character. Vick was released from WCW in 1999.

World Wrestling Federation

In October 1999, Vick signed a booking contract with the then World Wrestling Federation (now, World Wrestling Entertainment). Originally, Vick was to be involved in a angle with Val Venis. Due to a change in the direction of the Val Venis character, the angle was dropped. Between 2000 and 2002, Vick made frequent appearances in dark matches and began training in WWE's developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling. The infamous Katie Vick storyline in October 2002 (which involved wrestler Kane supposedly committing necrophilia) was started with hopes of Scott Vick being brought into WWE as a result.cite web|url=http://www.wrestlinginc.com/news/2008/318/chris_jericho_319283.shtml|title=New Katie Vick Angle Details Revealed

] However, due to general disapproval with the storyline, the angle was quickly dropped, and Vick departed WWE shortly afterwards.

Later career

Between 2003 and 2004, Vick had tryouts with the CFL and the NFL. Vick also has a fitness consulting company that he started in 2003.

In 2004, Scott wrestled to a 60-minute draw with former Flock member Ron Reese in Japan.

March 2008, Scott made his first return to the ring since 2005 with a Flock reunion in Orangeburg, Sc for CWA Pro-wrestling> Scott has also wrestled in several tag team matches with former Flock member Riggs.
