County Route 623 is a county highway in Cape May County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The route runs from U.S. Route 9 in Upper Township east to Central Avenue in Ocean City.

. Past CR 619, CR 623 continues a short distance toward the ocean to its eastern terminus at Central Avenue.
