The Anton Dohrn Seamount is a guyot in the Rockall Trough in the northeast Atlantic. It was named after the ship which discovered it which, in turn, had been named after the nineteenth century biologist Anton Dohrn.

The feature rises from approximately 2,100 metres to 600 metres below sea level and has a sedimentary layer approximately 100 metres thick. It arose through episodic volcanic activity between 70 and 40 million years ago. [O'Connor, Stofferes, Wijbrans, Shannon and Morrissey (2000).
