Serbian salad

Serbian salad

Serbian salad is a vegetable salad, usually served during summer with roast meat and other dishes. It is made from diced fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, usually seasoned with oil, salt and commonly feferon - a local hot pepper similar to cayenne pepper. Vinegar is normally not used.
