Surbiton High School is a private school in Surbiton in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, London, England. It was founded in 1884 by a group of Anglican clergymen who instituted the Church Schools Company. [ [http://www.surbitonhigh.com/content.asp?area=1&id=42 Departmental Technology : Surbiton High School ] ] Its objective was "to establish superior education for girls in accordance with the principles of the Church of England" wherever the need was felt.

It is the founding member school of the Church Schools Company, now the United Church Schools Trust [ [http://www.ucstrust.org.uk/content.asp?id=199&area=1 United Church Schools Trust :: United Learning Trust ] ] It has 5 sites in Surbiton; the boys school, the junior school, main school, assembly rooms and the sixth form centre, as well as a sports ground at Hinchley Wood.
