Donny is a UK born, DJ, and producer of distinctive sample-based drum & bass, renowned for his use of hard breaks and dark atmospheres.He is also known for his several collaborations, most notably with German producer Current Value.

Biography

Christopher Don also known as Donny, started writing music “to kill time and have a laugh.”Originally the drummer of a friend’s band, Donny’s early interest in grooves, drum rolls and musical percussion progressed into a love for drum & bass and electronic music production. An investment in studio-equipment and a dedication to sound design, saw his first 12-inch single "Medievil Beating / Hide & Seek" [cite web | url= http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/mindrush_recordings/mindr007| date=2006-02-06 | accessdate=2008-02-08 | publisher=Rolldabeats | title=Medievil Beating / Hide & Seek] on Mindrush Recordings released in early 2006.
